2. Exchange Process

    If eligible, we will approve the exchange within 2 business days.
  3. Return Pickup:
    We will arrange a free return pickup for defective or damaged items.
    Ensure the item is securely packed.
  4. Exchange Dispatch:
    Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 5-7 business days.

3. Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing from Rofotus, you agree to this policy and waive any right to file legal complaints or claims against us regarding returns/exchanges.

  • In case of disputes, the matter shall be resolved amicably via email support.
  • Our liability is limited to the product price and does not cover indirect losses.
  • Customers are encouraged to check their orders upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
